Do not miss: Seafood alla Siciliana
This month I had the great pleasure of receiving a copy of Seafood alla Siciliana by Toni Lydecker. I admit to be biased as I was partly involved in Toni's project in the South-East of the island and one of my family recipes is featured in the book. This said, I can simply add that I love the book!
It offers a great choice of seafood recipes, both traditional and innovative, and has five great chapters about seafood in general: one on Sicilian kitchens' essentials, one on equipment and utensils, one on buying and handling seafood and a useful Glossary of Seafood in English, Italian and Sicilian. Well done Toni and good luck with your next project.
