I always loved ballet and I am a great fan of Sicilian etoile Eleonora Abbagnato, who is an amazing artist who is making ballet really popular.
Should I compare her to a Sicilian recipe or produce, I would say she reminds me of Busiate an interesting, elegant, spiral, long kind of pasta (typical of the Trapani area) which is very versatile, you can have it with a simple pesto or tomato sauce, or sophisticated with mazzancolle prawns or tuna row. Always amazing!
