Nonna Elvira is the reason why, today, I run a cooking school, she is the one who passed on her love for food to my mother and I, but she also gave me her passion for dancing.

I always loved ballet and I am a great fan of Sicilian etoile Eleonora Abbagnato, who is an amazing artist who is making ballet really popular.

Enjoy her dancing in the latest Vasco Rossi's video, the Italian king of rock. I can see the many faces of Sicily in her performance, I hope you can too. Click here to see the video.

Should I compare her to a Sicilian recipe or produce, I would say she reminds me of Busiate an interesting, elegant, spiral, long kind of pasta (typical of the Trapani area) which is very versatile, you can have it with a simple pesto or tomato sauce, or sophisticated with mazzancolle prawns or tuna row. Always amazing!
